The service I received today was horrible! My order was given to me wrong , so I politely informed the gentleman working the window & which he responded “ I’m not arguing with you†& left someone else to help me with it. every trip just gets worse and worse 🤦ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸

Service is always extremely slow. And alot of the employees are quite rude. Every now and then ya get a person that smiles. But thats rare. Besides this it's a Wendy's if ya like Wendy's then it's a Wendy's.

Service is very friendly, food isn't quite what it used to be. Comes out cold and thrown together. The baconator had one slice of bacon on it...I'm pretty sure that isn't how its supposed to come. Nothing really bad, nothing really great either.

Only been to this Wendy’s twice. Both times I had a huge hair on my burger. Last time I was there was about 6 months ago. I was so mad they offered 50 in gift certificates and I turned them down. Completely avoid this Wendy’s. They need serious help

Very long waits in drive thru. 1 small burnt chip of a piece of bacon on my jr bacon. Was missing a medium fry and chicken wrap. Staff mostly unfriendly and uncaring about their performance on the job. Bag was shoved out the window, no thank you, no have a good day, no please come back, no nothing...

They forgot 3 items from our order when they gave us out meal and they made my daughter feel like it was her fault and were rude. They were also using multiple cuss words when they were talking to each other that the whole restaurant could easily hear, even my father who forgot his hearing aids that day .

It's a Wendy's so it's pretty good for fast food. This one in particular is pretty slow and seems to get orders wrong a lot. Still good fast food though.

Yes my order was wrong and items were left out but I called and spoke with a manager who was very pleasant and was polite! He replaced all my whole order. Maybe because I called and I was not rude. Thank you for working a job I know I hate yo work and plus we are all humans we were made to make mistakes and then given an option to be able to fix them! Plus the crew is entertaining when you go in to eat. Thanks Wendy's crew and managers keep up the good work

What happened to hot and juicy? Dry and chewy seems to be the goal here. We keep trying because we like Wendy's but this location consistently delivers below expectations. Expect long wait times, inconsistent food quality, poor order correctness and staff that genuinely are dissengaged.

Drive through service is so slow. Only 3 cars in front of me and it took 15 minutes just to place my order and then another 10 minutes before I got my food. The food is dried out and gross tasting. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever ate at.

Went there and asked for crispy bacon on my baconators they did not come with crispy bacon... like not even close to crispy! They stuffed my big order in one bag.. thee bag was not big enough and they did not give me my sauces for thee nuggets!! This was all a huge inconvenience! Plus its thee only outdated Wendy's I've been to in a long time! I will probably not return!

This Wendy's is awful every time that I have been here the service was slow and the crew is rude. I had to wait to even get someone on the speaker for at least 5 minutes with no one in front of me. The girl in the window was not friendly and pretty much acted like I was an inconvenience. The food was good but our drinks were carbonated water with no flavor that we just threw them away. This Wendy's really needs help! I'm no longer going back here I'll drive 20 minutes to go to newcomerstown where I've never had a problem.

The staff was upset when I asked for no salt on my fries. I paid $18 for food, just drop my fries again for two seconds. The manager made a comment about how he should’ve waited to make the rest of my food then. Why be rude? You’re in a customer service position. Keep your comments to yourself. No need to be rude to customers, in front of children and other customers. 😑

Not even worthy of 1 star. The whole crew needs a lesson on how to cook, everytime I go there (and I wait at least 20 minutes in line every time because your lazy crew sits outside and watches drive thru get backed up) my fries are always cold, food is always undercooked or old and dry and u cant even chew it. I will not waste another dollar here, not even worth it. I love Wendy's, but coshocton needs HELP!!!! WORST WENDYS EVER!!!!!

Ordered a large chili, told after I ordered they didn't have large bowls, so they gave me 2 small containers of chili. Ok, went to condiment counter, no spoons. Went back to the counter and asked for a spoon, "sorry but we are out of spoons" when I gave her puzzled look, she responded " I don't know what to tell you"... otherwise peach lemonade was good and so was the chili. Information I needed to know..BEFORE I ordered...eating chilli with a fork is challenging...everyone should try it once...
